The Combined Effect of Alcohols and Calophyllum inophyllum Biodiesel Using Response Surface Methodology Optimization

In this experimental study, the performance of diesel engine was analyzed for biodiesel derived from Calophyllum inophyllum. The impact addition additives such as N-octanol and N-butanol with inophyllum has been assessed. Impact application hybrid on emission profile used also demonstrated. Response surface analysis alcohol additives-biodiesel blend performed separately in study efficiency profile. A combination presented highest brake thermal (BTE) lowest carbon monoxide (CO) among ternary blends octanol. N-butanol-biodiesel hydrocarbon (HC) N-butanol. 5 10% showed HC emissions response methodology (RSM) optimization revealed that optimized were obtained at full load minimum load, respectively. hindered all loads, while reduced it higher loads. strong correlation between using RSM approach. R-squared value 0.92 characterized.
